Kaye Ragland is a Board Certified Educational Therapist and retired special education director with experience in counseling, teacher education, and administration. Kaye serves on the AET Board of Directors as President Elect, Chair of the Member and Public Information Committee, and is AET’s representative on the National Joint Council on Learning Disabilities. She is also leading the effort to pursue licensing for educational therapists in California.
